Wonderful experience from check-in to check out!
It was fabulous! All the employees were welcoming and very helpful! My room 345 was extremely clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were wonderful and friendly and my room was perfect every day! The restaurant next door was delicious and their staff always happy to see my friends and I! It was a wonderful experience for my first visit to Washington DC and I would be more than happy to recommend your hotel to my friends and I would love to stay there again on my next visit!

The hotel staff was absolutely delightful, the room was comfortable and very clean (every day, in spite of the mess we left :/) there was a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed immediately The restaurant served fabulous food but the service was a bit lax I would highly recommend a stay to anyone traveling to DC

Things I like: great in-room coffee and espresso, roomy halls and spacious rooms, cleanliness, and good breakfast choices. Things I don’t like: $32 daily destination charge for things you should be included in your room fee, no included breakfast, and complicated checkout.

Amazing!
This hotel was simply amazing. We had the best customer service with the front desk and even the cleaning staff. A special shout out to light skin Christopher who answered all of our questions and gave us pertinent information on parking and the city in general. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the accommodations were great! They made our week long stay well worth it!

Perfect with a pinch of not-so-perfect
It’s evident this hotel is new - it’s perfect, polished, and pristine. We appreciated the eclectic, yet luxurious, aesthetic. L’Or coffee was a plus, though our complimentary water bottles were not replenished. The location was also perfect, with everything within reasonable walking distance from the Capitol and train station, to the museums of the National Mall and Christmas Market. I would have to say I do have some “complaints” - though this place is listed as family friendly, it felt far from it beyond the quirky details in decor. There was a very “adult” vibe in the evening, especially with the crowd that frequented the only restaurant on property. In addition, given the price paid for our stay, we were expecting to at least see daylight in our room. Instead, our room faced an office building - we had to keep our curtains closed as our view was of people working (their windows were just as bug as ours - everything was in plain sight! If I’m going to be unwillingly peering into neighboring offices, give a discount on the room at the very least!
