The facility was nice but the location was not convenient for sites in the City Centre. Had to UBER to get places.

Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee in room, suited me perfectly. I would stay here again.

Great location as bus stop pretty much on the doorstep to get into Edinburgh. Arrived about an hour early before check in hoping to be able to park car and go into Edinburgh which was great as the room was ready and a car park space available in the car par. Car park has three guests spots but tricky to manovevre car especially if you have a bigger car. Beds ok ,pillows uncomfortable. Bathroom was good and clean but room smelt musty

Very clean and tidy, the 10am checkout is slightly early for my liking, and the room wasn’t the biggest but enough room for us and our luggage. It was approx 30 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh (castle/royal mile etc) or was only £5 in a taxi which we did to save time.

Certainly was not 4 star. Room tiny..bed so uncomfortable and noisy!! Felt like it was going to collapse every time we moved. Very bad mattress....worst sleep ever!

Would recommend this place to others! Bathroom was excellent looked brand new.

Convenient for city centre and nearby mountains - walking distance. Car parking available.

Nice and friendly, with the bonus of being close to the city centre.

Helen was a great host! The breakfast was delicious and filling.

The owner is a thief and he pretended on the last day with his work staff to place a patch of water above the Radiator and made out we did it to take some of the deposit money which was not on the original booking. i told him he should be ashamed of himself and his working ethics. it is digusting. and very rude, the water was planned, and one inch wiped by his staff then blamed us, saying it would £30.00 to re decorate, Theft from a single mother and children Abusive.
