While the hotel is older than the more modern hotels, do not let that fool you. Right from walking into the hotel, we felt like home. The rooms were clean and the room we had was spacious. The bathroom had obviously been redone as it was clean and fresh. I always rate hotels by whether I would stay again and I certainly would at Hotel Brunnenhof

Short sightseeing break

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, nice clean room and great to have a bed each for the child rather than having to share a small sofa bed like at other hotels that claim to accommodate families. Easy access via foot and tram to the old town and other key attractions. Maps provided by the hotel were also helpful.

This is an older hotel. Parking isn't great, lots of construction was going on in the neighborhood. The hotel was very quiet though. Breakfast was an additional expense of $14 which was worth it, a very nice buffet. We arrived later than expected but check-in was a breeze. The room was fair sized but bathroom was surprisingly large. Bonus: the hotel was within walking distance to central train station. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great Munich hotel

This is a lovely hotel and quite walkable to the main train station, where you can catch trains, buses, and trams to get anywhere in the city or to/from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat very nearby as well. Felt very safe, very clean, and a nice family place to stay while in Munich.

We had a family room- there were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Easy walk from the train station. Quiet and clean with a lovely staff and excellent shower! Only negative about the neighborhood is that here are many hooka bars, so walking around the hotel can get v a bit Smokey- but not too bad. Would definitely recommend.

Staff here was very friendly. They had a good breakfast in the morning. The room was adequate but a little hot with lack of air conditioning. The block the hotel is on is ok, but don’t stray in the wrong direction with the family. There are multiple strip clubs on one block and saw a drug deal going on.

Close to the central station...walking distance from Marienplatz Family room for 4....clean and comfortable Five stars to the staff...all were very hospitable and friendly....would return here just for their service alone....
