我和同学4个人一起出去旅游，房间的大床是由两个单人床拼的，卫生间非常非常大。地理位置也非常不错。总的来说是一个非常好的酒店。

All I can say is AMAZING! Our room was small but well appointed and had a beautiful patio with an excellent view of the clock tower. The hotel is close to everything but not too busy/noisy. The staff were lovely and helped us with everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again!

Tres charmant hotel au room service incroyable. Les hotes nous ont donne de superbes conseils tant pour se garer que pour faire une croisiere en bateau-bus transport en commun incroyable. Petit dejeuner correct, mais au bon rapport qualite prix, avec petite terrasse tip top.

L’hôtel est vraiment sympathique, dans l’esprit vénitien, emplacement parfait à 2 pas de la place saint Marc. L’accueil est remarquable, le personnel attentionné. La chambre était confortable bien que le 3 eme couchage sur le canapé soit un peu petit. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

Incrível. Acomodações super luxuosas, com quartos amplos e confortáveis. Staff super atencioso, a companhia aérea perdeu nossas bagagens e a equipe fez de tudo para nos ajudar. O hotel é perto de tudo, muito bem localizado (nem 3 minutos a pé até a Piazza San Marco) O café da manhã é incluso, servido das 07:00 às 10:00 h. Voltaremos em breve!

The hotel was a five minute walk to the Vaporetto. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great place to stay in Venice.

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend. It is ideally situated 5 minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco, and the water buses at San Zaccaria which can rake you to the airport in an hour, or to the Santa Lucia train station in 30 minutes. Breakfast is available, served in the palatial first floor dining room by quiet helpful staff. Fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, are all avaliable on b and b basis, but a la carte dishes come at a price and include smoked salmon, avocado, and omelettes cooked to order. The rooms are serviced daily, with fresh towels. A tiny lift takes you up to your room. Our small twin room on the 3rd floor was clean and adequately furnished, and the beds were comfy, but the bathroom needed updating. The shower was over the bath and there was no hand rail to help get in and out, and no slip mat. The nightmare hair dryer was a tube attached to the wall, activated by pulling on it, but pulling on it made it come off the wall and stop.working! It also had extremely low power, so bring your own haurdryer! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and chatty, and provided maps and recommendations of restaurants close by for dinner. They will print off documents if needed. There is a 'garden" on the ground floor, but it is just a small courtyard with a bench and a few plants. There is a little bar by the entrance for aperitifs or nightcaps, but it was always empty, and we got the impression it was more for the night staff to sleep in!

The room wasn’t in the hotel’s main building, but it was located in a charming, historic structure. It was clean, spacious, and the staff were wonderful. The bed was decent, though not very comfortable—it was a memory foam mattress that felt a bit uneven. Despite that, it was an excellent stay overall.

La app ofrece casa Verardo y cuando llegas, resulta que te mandan a otro Casa Kirsh que no tiene los servicios que ofrecen, causa disgusto. Sin embargo el personal es muy amable, hablan español. Para llegar es mejor bajando del tren, tomar un transp público que viaja por el canal rumbo a la parada de San Marco Zacaria, de ahi son 5 minutos caminando. Casa Kirsch muy limpio aunque no tiene ascensor. Sugiero pongan cortinas black out. La ubicación es formidable.
