À notre arrivée on a été très bien accueilli, la réceptionniste présente était très professionnelle. Par contre on a vite oublié ce bel accueil à cause de: La première mauvaise surprise: le parking est situé à 2 rues de l’hôtel et on a dû faire un détour de 10min pour y accéder à cause des chantiers qui entourent l’hôtel, En plus il faut payer 20€ la journée ce qui n’est pas mentionné au moment de la réservation!! Deuxième mauvaise surprise: le lit couine à chaque mouvement, et c’est le cas des quatre lits de la chambre, je vous laisse imaginer l’affreuse nuit que nous et nos 2 enfants avons passé dans ces lits avec des oreillers et draps pleins de poils… En plus les toilettes fuient et le siège de toilette gêné par le lavabo nous obligeait à s’asseoir en biais. Troisième mauvaise surprise: le jour du départ, la réceptionniste commençait à râler parce qu’on s’est garé devant l’hôtel (rue étroite) pour mettre nos sacs et faire monter les enfants dans la voiture!! ce qui nous a pris 2min. Enfin, on ne remettra jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel, prix excessif pour le service médiocre et les 3 étoiles qui lui sont attribuées ne sont pas du tout méritées.

This is probably the worst place ever. It was totally unsafe and uncomfortable. It is a non me hotel but guests were freely smoking in their rooms. Smoke alarms were obviously not working, which made me totally nervous. Room was very small. Towels were old and had many holes. Beds were uncomfortable. I contacted management by email about the safety issue but i was totally ignored. Expedia did the same and never got an answer. Granada has more hotel choices for the same or cheaper price. DO NOT stay at this property.

Hôtel bien situé, mais la propreté laisse à désirer je ne suis pas trop regardant d’habitude. Mais là quand nous sommes arrivés le dessus du lit était taché la porte fenêtre donnant sur la minuscule ne fermait pas, j’ai dû la coincer avec des cintres, j’ai demandé qu’elle soit réparé le lendemain, ils n’ont rien fait Autre détail. La vitre de la douche était cassé est juste recollé au silicone n’est pas acceptable pour la qualité ce cet hôtel pour le reste, tout était bien et idéalement placer

Zimmer A301 - Das Zimmer war okay, aber im Bad herrschte ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch. Dieser kam aus einem Rohr unter dem Waschbecken. Es tropfte auch aus dem Rohr. Es war wirklich kaum auszuhalten. Wir haben bescheid gegeben und es wurde danach nur das Zimmer sauber gamacht. Das Problem blieb bestehen. Es hat einfach nur gestunken. Die Leute aus der Rezeption sollten mal 15 Minuten in diesem Bad bleiben.
