This is a beautiful boutique B&B right at the Duomo but quiet when the shutters are closed. It could not be more convenient for seeing all the sights of Florence and is quite walkable from the station. The “tower” of breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was wonderful. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

Absolute center of the Firenze, right next to church, endless restaurants and shops, historical building, owner is very welcoming and prepared us with special gifts, also a light background history of the area as well as the place, amazing experience of checking in, room was new and interesting layout, loved everything about the room, with high ceiling and with both modern and renaissance design, walkable distance to nearly all the places in Florence, great overall!

My daughter and I loved this property. The room is beautiful and close to everything. Andrea was a great host, greeting us at the door and he gave us restaurant, shopping, and activities information. We stayed for a week in Florence and this was an excellent location. You are literally steps away from the Duomo. Our room was large and well kept. The bathroom was clean and modern. We had a room at the back with a private terrace in a courtyard. I overheard another guest complain that they wanted to face the duomo and were upset that their patio was in a shared courtyard. Facing the Duomo will be noisy. We loved our quiet clean room with a private patio where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. I would stay here again in a heart beat. When you are booking your room make sure you know what makes you happy. The check in and check out were seamless. Great communication from the staff. The staff really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. Thanks to all the staff.
