部屋の清掃がしていない。清掃は午前１０時までに言ってくれ！湯沸かしポットが欲しいと言うと、レストランの湯を使え！４つ星ホテルか！馬鹿にするな！

Hotel is very clean, it's updated and service is good. It's close to the tram and metro for seeing the city. Our room the air conditioning did not work properly and the floor was also heated. It was 90 degrees outside so it was uncomfortable for sleeping. The hair dryer overheated within 1 minute so bring your own. Buffet was pretty good. 15 euro/ person. Overall we'd stay again but would've complained about the AC sooner and got a new room.

Staff is nice but rooms are not what in pictures. Old carpeted floor is under "new laminate floors" so floor is soft and room stuffy. Duble room is quite small but bathroom is good size. Shower was very small and little bit dirty, and water doesen't come out how it should be. Worst thing is that there are stains in sheets (even old blood stains, maybe from bedbugs) so that was very unfortunet. We hadn't issue with bugs so that problem might be old (still they should update sheets). Pillows are also very very flat, not like in hotels should be. All in all, staff was nice but rooms are far from 4 star. Hotel should be 1-2 stars, that people know what they are choosing. Because staff was nice, we didn't make any complains and just changed hotel after few nights.

Mi dispiace dare questo commento ma ho lasciato l’hotel stanza 304 due giorni fa ed ora sono piena di punture a sangue di cimici da letto. Il giorno dopo aver dormito ho notato macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola bianche, erano piccole e sparse e la cosa mi sembrava stranissima. Non vedevo sangue sul pigiama che indossavo. Poi sono andata a lavoro ed ho iniziato a grattarmi su entrambe le braccia e collo , partí esposte durante la notte. Non solo non tornerò mai più in questo albergo ma pretendo anche un rimborso perché non è’ accettabile la mancanza di pulizia. Ovviamente le cimici compaiono spesso di notte attratte dal calore corporeo o avrei immediatamente lasciato l’hotel la prima sera del mio check in. Chiamerò anche hotels com

Not at all a 4 star hotel but 2 or best case 3. Also very noisy, could hear conversations from hall and from street. Superior room was not too bad but given the extra room upgrade cost, there are other better hotels in same price range to choose from

Das Hotel Mokimba ist gut gelegen und in 10min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Centrale erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Station ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist schön angerichtet mit einer guten Auswahl an verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten. Bei der Anreise wollte man uns (Mutter mit erwachsener Tochter) ein Einzelzimmer unterschieben. Wir konnten das zwar auf drängen ändern, doch hinterließ es ein etwas unzufriedenes Gefühl. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und alt und da das Hotel doch 3 Stationen vom Zentrum entfern liegt fanden wir die Preis-Leistung etwas zu hoch.
