The Majestic View has a to-die for view, but the host and the house are also wonderful. Maria, the host, is very friendly and welcoming and she makes an amazing fresh breakfast each morning. The B&B is also her home and it has lots of friendly touches that make it very inviting. We loved staying here and would be thrilled to do so again.

Perfect stay

Maria's B&B was amazing. We stayed in the Blueberry room and the views through our picture windows was beautiful of the sound, the nearby mountains and the glaciers. Her staff was super, always happy to help, provide information or just chat. The home is super clean, welcoming and comfortable. Her breakfasts are to die for with local jams, jellies and syrups. There are new items every morning homemade and hot. If you go hungry, it is your own fault. Her dogs Blue, Sophia and Sadie roam the property and are a delight. We say moose on two occasions on her property. We will gladly go back to Maria's any time we are in the area.

Most Enjoyable Stay

We hated leaving the Majestic B & B after two nights. Maria and her staff were most accommodating and the view was amazing! Convenient to Homer and the spit, you won’t regret your stay. Maria’s breakfasts are delicious!

Homer Skyline Views from your balcony!!!

Majestic View B&B felt like a touch of home. We had a completely separate unit which had a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, couch, and a bed with an amazing balcony with a truly majestic view of Homer's skyline. We reached quite late, and the host was kind enough to leave our keys taped on the door. The breakfast was very good, and we tried many homemade syrups and cakes etc. that the host made herself. The people we met for breakfast were warm as well. The drive up to the B&B is quite amazing with views of the Grewink Glacier!

Majestic View is definitely majestic booked for my mother’s 60th birthday could have not picked a better place. Staff made her birthday an unforgettable one. The area is safe and everything is clean. Will recommend and looking forward to returning!

When you walk out onto the deck and you look upon the Homer Spit in the Alaskan beauty Majestic View is an apt name for this bed-and-breakfast. However, it’s not just about the view. Maria and her crew made the most amazing breakfast with jams and sauces she created from her own backyard. We felt like family walking in to this bed-and-breakfast. You can sit and chat or listen to Maria‘s amazing stories about the history of her home and the area or spend time in your own spacious room. Thank you so much, Maria for our wonderful stay and we hope to see you again soon.
