It’s tired! A shadow of its former glory. This is a true example of why Mombasa won’t be considered as an international destination anymore. At best a 2 star performance. The bones of the buildings are good and strong. Interiors need updating by with a designer and a good budget. F&B poor. Linen shocking. Service, haphazard and directionless. Noise. Pool bar tunes pumping out too loud. Gym music cranking at 6 am? Needs good international management as this hotel still has great potential.

Nicely situated on beach and quiet. Water in bathroom never got really hot and top of toilet leaked after flushing. They maintenance crew was called three times and attempted to fix it but it never was resolved.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood but, it is not well maintained. The air ducts are not serviced resulting in air conditioning blowing stale air along with dust mites.
The rooms are mosquito infested because of stagnant water and ongoing construction.
I hope the new management turns this property around.

Séjour à Nyali Beach
Bel emplacement et beau parc en bord de mer, cependant hotel vieillissant. Beaucoup de moustiques (il faut traiter ce problème dans l'hotel et les chambres). Autres insectes dans la chambre. Nourriture peu variée. Personnel toujours disponible et souriant.

The staff were nice, the food was good, swimming pool is big but water not very clean, in general, need more attention and renovation.
