The location is great, the building and staff were good, however, the room was not very clean, we complained and they apologised and peovided a refund for half of the amound we paid to upgrade ($50).

Private beach access was great.. Complimentary buffet and snacks for executive rooms was excellent. Access to executive lounge.. However, bathtub was very small and narrow. Dining room is not large enough to accommodate all guests at the same time.

Honestly it was a really nice hotel but waaaaay too expensive in my opinion. I wouldn’t even pay that much if I was back in the states. We spent almost 500 dollars for just 2 days for a 1 queen and extra twin bed. Everything was great, the food was good, the location was great, the service was good, it was just overpriced for me.

The room was not clean. And we waited for the check in till 6:30 p.m

the problem was that the rugs was not clean and smiley so we asked to remove it Breakfast and beach were outstanding extremely good The staff was amazing and helpful especially madam hanan the supervisor of cleaners she was kind and she watched the cliner during his cleaning because we complained Overall I am happy and this hotel will always be one of my favourite when ever l will come to Alexandria

It's very bad management with boor facility It was so bad stay in this hotel all things was bad I tray to call Expedia and management of hotel to help me for checking out and cancel this order and you don't help me I want my money I made insurance of this trip

I did not get a King size bed room as we paid for; instead 2 double bed. The hotel did not want to do anything about it. The pictures of the pool on the website is not representative of the reality. It is very small; and was packed with people. Social distancing WAS NOT respected in the pool area. At check-out, they asked us how we rate our stay on 10; we said 7.5. The lady said 7.5 is like zero if they do not get 8 or more. We mention the bed again, and did not offer to do anything for us. Otherwise, food in the restaurant is very good. Staff at the beach are very nice and courteous.

They didn’t allow me to stay bc I forgot my passport and they didn’t accept my green card and they charge me money without to stay at the hotel and i could cancel my book

The hotel gave us a free upgrade on the room. We had high expectations from the Hilton and thankfully those expectations were met.

Excellent food, clean room, nice bedding. Restaurant staff were friendly. Room hot... there was a thermostat but suspect just for show because room temperature never got cooler no matter what thermostat was set to... others traveling with me in same group said the same thing. Opened balcony window to cool room. There was a lot of street noise even with balcony door closed. Front desk checkin was not good. Type of room I ordered on Expedia was not available. Even though they eventually upgraded me to a suite the checkin process took over 30 minutes and front desk staff was not friendly.
