Tengo una mezcla de que me gustó la experiencia con algo de sin sabor. El cierto tenía olor a cigarrillo a pesar de ser un hotel “non-smoking”, hasta las sabanas olían a cigarrillo. Uno de los huéspedes tenía un desorden entre gritando y música a alto volumen, resulta que yo pague los platos rotos, recibí una llamada a las 3:00AM pidiendo que me callara cuando yo estaba durmiendo. Me interrumpieron el sueño. En varias ocasiones notifiqué el olor a cigarrillo y me dejaron una nota que me podían aplicar un cargo de ser yo la que estaba fumando y ni eso hago. La cortina del baño estaba sucia. Pero más toallas y nunca las recibí. No limpian el cuarto a menos que lo pidas.

Great Location, Great Place
A great place for a 4 week stay. Near Soho and a lot of great places to pickup food, like Shake-Shack, Taco Bell, il Corallo Trattoria on Prince St., Chinese food and lots of other choices. Near convenient trains, too. Great deal and on return the guy at the desk gave me an upgraded room with 2 queen beds! I'm really enjoying this place.

Pleasant Stay
The hotel stay was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a good view. The parking garage is a few blocks away. They change the rate from what is quoted at the hotel.

The staff were excellent. The room was clean. However, the pipes in the bathroom weren’t functioning well, causing the sink to be backed up with water and the toilet did not flush all of the time. That made for a less comfortable stay.
