Mixed feelings
The owner of this B&B was charming and very accommodating. Our room had an en suite bathroom which was super clean and sparkling; however the bedroom chest of drawers, bedside light and large wall mirror were very dusty which was a little disappointing. Other than this, the breakfast was excellent and everything else fine.

A little tired
I would not any longer say that this venue is four stars! We had an enjoyable stay, breakfast was delicious and we were warmly welcomed. The running of accommodation like this needs an enormous amount of energy, which may be exhausted

Review
Our room looked amazing when we saw it for the first time, but the beds mattress needs replacing, the huge bath was nice to see but no hot water. If these things were improved we'd go back but not sure otherwise

Nice stay in Ashbourne
The room was well equipped and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast excellent. Very friendly, welcoming. Our mattress had seen better days and was somewhat noisy. Would stay again.

Friendly B&B close to the Tissington trail
B&B run by a lovely couple. Catered for our dietary requirements as vegetarians and vegans. Has gated parking around the back of the property and they will lock up your bikes in their shed if you wish. Super close to the start of the Tissington trail and right next to Sainsburys for your picnic food needs!

A very friendly B&B with tired furnishings/decor
A centrally located B&B in the heart of Ashbourne. The accommodation was a little tired in decor and with creaking floorboards felt the need to not move around too much! But apart from that, the host was very friendly and the breakfast got 10/10! OK for one night but longer I'm not so sure...
