We booked a King suite and shortly after check-in, their was a plumbing issue resulting in our toilet overflowing into several areas of the suite and lobby area. Desk clerk Jasmine was very accommodating and manager Jane Likio did her best to make the rest of our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Family Trip
Jane and her staff were absolutely amazing. There were issues with rooms above us and they moved us swiftly with no issues. Everything went really well and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Jane and her staff.

Needs a lot of updates
The hotel was in a decent area. After check-in, we went to our room which had a bad smell in it. We noticed dried up feces on the ironing board. After telling front desk, they moved us to a different room which was better. The elevator had rust in it, the whole hotel looked very old and outdated.

The stay was very disappointing. We have stayed here before and was very satisfied. This last visit there was a decline. Was under staffed, didn't clean room as requested and when they did clean that didn't do a good job. Didn't take the trash out, didnt clean the bathroom. Left no towels. When asked for towels only had full body no hand towels. The door key to get into room didn't work. You had to insert several times to enter into room.

Gotta do better
Comes down to the age old saying that you get what you pay for. I could overlook the fact that its a little outdated, less amenities, and you could sometimes hear people on the upper floor. The deal breaker was the ac in the room not blowing cold. Im pretty sure i had read a review of another person complaining about that. Gotta listen to your guests! Luckily it was just a 1 night stay but i would not recommend or stay again. Nobody likes to sleep in a hot room no matter the price!

There are better options in the area
The elevator was out of order for 2 1/2 days of my 3 day visit so I had to carry my bags upstairs. The air conditioning in the workout room was not functioning for the entire 3 day visit so it felt as though I was working out in a sauna. Dogs barking at 4 in the morning woke me up.

Late check- in.
I don’t believe I received the service / room for what I paid for.
Arrived and advised elevators were not working. Overlooked that because stairs was not a problem.
Room appeared to be dirty. Had to bring back Lysol wipes and remove used bedding from pull out bed.
Luckily the night staff was kind and helpful by supplying us with additional bedding and towels.
The dobt believe room was prepared for us as requested due to elevator issue and staff trying to accommodate with a room at a lower floor level.
When stepping out that evening my firm I signed in with was still laying in the counter with my info. No staff available to inquire about new bedding and towels. Someone did approach not sure what the position was and said they would pass on info and that some linen was being washed.
Wes decided to inquire upon our return from our outing.
Upon our return the night staff took care of us.
We didn’t complain and made the best of our stay.

I love this hotel. It’s my go to when I come to Dallas. Not too far from downtown but far enough. It’s next to a steakhouse and many convenience stores. It’s quiet and safe enough for a morning jog and not to mention the indoor pool and hot tub are never crowded. Definitely staying again soon!

I will suggest you don’t stay there .
I had terrible experience since day one .
I had a reservation for four days and I leave after midnight of my “second” stay. Basically a lot of rooms need maintaince (some of them are in maintenance or just recently painted ) elevator has problems, They don’t clean your room when they should do it. I only spend one night ( Wednesday June 18) and leave Friday June 20 at 12:15 am. ( I got to the hotel at 11:36pm of June 19, spend 30min inside the dirty room and tmx EXPEDIA agent) I requested my refund for at least two nights when to been fair , they should refund me every thing for all the inconvenience that I went through

I had a reservation from June 19 to June 22.
I decided to add one more night. I called the hotel and spoke with the manage ( Miss Jane) she told me that I will stay in the same room from June 18 to June 22.
The first that I got assigned had a machine in there and the AC wasn’t working . The second room it was “ ok “ ( AC doesn’t working properly ). I was already sleeping when suddenly a strong plaster smell woke me up. I also had dust plaster in my nose!!!
So I called the front desk and at 1 in the morning they switched me to a better room.
The night of June 19 when I went to my room, my key didn’t work!! I went downstairs at the front desk and they fixed the key. As soon as I got inside my room I noticed that my luggage wasn’t there !! I called the front desk and they brought it to me . Morning June 20 I found Miss Jane ( the manager) and I requested her to be sure that my room will be cleaned . That night when I arrived, the elevator didn’t work, I had to walk 4 floors!! At the moment that I opened the door, I had another big surprise:
My room was looking exactly the same way that I leave it !!!(dirty) . I called the front desk requesting towels and at the same time I contacted EXPEDIA. I was in contact via tmx with EXPEDIA for 25-30 min explaining my situation and requesting refund for the two nights that I won’t be there. That was the exactly time that took for some one to brought me towels !!! I decided to leave I had enough!! The EXPEDIA agent contact the property
