We didn’t have breakfast. We arrived early on Friday we had two rooms booked. Man on Reception was so helpful. Let us get in our rooms early and made an effort to say hello to my kids. Lovely man and started our visit perfect. Rooms both lovely, clean and loved our stay. I’m originally from Manchester and now live in Nottinghamshire. We will be back to the hotel as it’s the best. Location wonderful, staff outstanding and bar staff so friendly.

The perfect place to stay in Manchester!

We stayed with our daughters on July 19th for the Billie Eilish concert at the Co-op arena. The experience with this hotel has already made us decide we will only be staying here for future visits to Manchester. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and every member of staff from reception to bar and restaurant staff are beyond excellent. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Great Hotel

I paid for the Junior Suite, because it was only about £5 more than a standard double. I got access to the Club Lounge (with free drinks & canapes). The suite was spacious, with good views of Manchester and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good too.
