Most of staff was fine but cleaning staff did not wear masks most of the time. First impressions count! The parking lot and landscaping need a good clean up. Several things in the room were broken or in disrepair. Bathroom was okay. Kitchen area was good except a bit short on utensils. The closet smelled so mildewed I couldn’t hang my clothes in it. Laundry area was really good. I do think they are in the process of doing some updating

They dont clean rooms on the weekend. Trash stored/stacked at the end of the hallway in clear bags.

When we first got to the room it was not clean (they were working on a new system, and it was a clerical error) the front desk (Charity) was excellent and immediately upgraded us and checked the room before we went up. Really great service!!

The hotel is under construction and there is no mention of that when booking. There is also a very pungent mildew smell in the rooms.

Hotel is currently being renovated, however the staff were very nice and the free guest laundry was an added bonus! I will be back.

The carpet was wet upon arrival and smelled like mold. We were told the room was made ready and has not been used since Hurricane Harvey..the ice maker did not work and the coffee pot was full of mold and to top it off the shower did not work. The customer service was horrible. At 1am we had to move to another room. I was told the General manager would be calling me on Monday (today) regarding these issues. No phone call and it’s 1600..I was told no credit or room credit would be offered for such a horrible stay.
