Good spot!
Everything was great. Location was Nice and on point. Close to everything! Only thing that sucked about this place was Rafaela. She was pouty and not helpful. She was miserable when I checked in and out. Really wished she could have smiled and been happy to greet out of town guests. We tried checking in early and we knew it could be tough but tried anyways and she was not helpful and not nice about telling us our room wasn’t ready. Really not a big deal but dang her demeanor was awful.

Nice, clean hotel - bad service
The hotel was nice and clean and the location was convenient for us. Our room was very small but at least met our needs. Our bed and pillows were comfortable. We arrived early and dropped off our bags. When we returned at check-in time, our room wasn't ready and they had no estimated time frame to provide as to when it would be ready. The inability to change somewhat derailed my husband's birthday dinner plans as we couldn't go dressed in the sweats we had traveled in. We found another restaurant and made the best of it. Friday morning we requested additional towels. They still haven't arrived. Friday evening we went down to buy something from the lobby. The clerk was gone for a really long time and we were growing tired of waiting. There were also people who had a complaint who were waiting on her. The bellhop eventually told us to leave our room number to have our room billed since there was no ETA on the clerk's return. I can't remember how long we waited but she was gone when we got there. We had a couple drinks at the bar and she still hadn't returned. Saturday we got back to our room around 5pm and housekeeping still hadn't been in there despite us placing the door hanger on the door indicating we were out and wanted our room serviced. We called the front desk and complained and requested more towels. Those were brought right up. Overall the hotel building was fine. The service was bad.

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé
L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé et il est très calme à l'intérieur. Le service est impeccable : nous avons eu un problème de valise non remise à l'aéroport, l'hôtel a parfaitement géré la récupération de la valise et le service de nettoyage est parfait. Par contre, la chambre est un peu petite pour 4, mais c'est difficile de trouver mieux à New York sans mettre le prix et les serviettes ont toujours été changées quand bien même nous demandions à ne pas le faire de manière systématique (pas très écolo).

Really nice stay
The room was just absolutely comfy. Bed and pillows are just sooo nice, unfortunately our room doesn't have views so I can't say nothing about that. Really useful bedside table with usb connection so in case you have not an USA adapter you can charge your phone. Most of the staff was really kind. If I have to say two bad things are, lifts, they are too small, staff and guests use the same two ones that are available and you sometimes see yourself waiting for the lift around 5-10 minutes to go back to your room. It's not a big deal but when you where walking the hole day around New York is just a bit annoying, also we miss a mini fridge at the room, as bottles of water was just a welcoming, and coffee wasn't replace daily we liked to have some juice and water all the time fresh. It's so well located as you are in the middle of all the areas to visit and even if you want to visit some outlets or cities close a train station and bus station are really close. And obviously Times square just 10min walk. I'll recommend to everyone.

voco Times Square South Hotel
Can strongly recommend voco to anyone wanting to stay near Times Square. Very modern, clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. For a solo traveller, like myself, this was a perfect and affordable hotel for midtown NYC. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel céntrico y muy buena calidad precio
Estupenda relación calidad-precio. Hotel bien situado y bonito. Habitación con buena insonorización y muy limpias. Camas súper cómodas con 2 almohadas y buena calefacción. Con máquina de café en la habitación. Wifi gratis muy bueno. El personal muy educado y agradable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. No cogimos desayuno en el hotel pero Muy cerca hay varios sitios para desayunar. Si coges el ascensor en hora punta, hay que esperar un poco porque solo tienen 2 ascensores. Pero en conclusión, Hotel muy recomendable y que nos gusto mucho.
