Over all this was a very cute boutique hotel. My only true complaint is the elevator issue. There are only 2 and they are very small and take a long time to arrive. Area is great and it’s very quiet.

This hotel is great! The location is really good if you want to be within walking distance to Penn Station. I also like that it’s not right in Times Square but still close to all the things! The service was FANTASTIC! The room was pretty small for 4 of us, but that is typical of a Manhattan hotel.
