酒店地理位置很好，离时代广场很近。周边交通便捷，地铁可通往纽约各个地方。房间面积中等，内部比较紧凑。无窗外景观。早餐种类一般。美中不足的是只有两部电梯，有时候需要等很久

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was a good value in a great location. Our only complaint was with the room not being clean and not kept up.

Nice Staycation
Overall my stay was good. The location is convenient. The king room is the perfect size. There are many charge ports and the ottomans give the room a homey feeling. My only critique would be cleanliness as I don’t believe the room was vacuumed or cleaned before my entry ,however, the staff was accommodating to provide new sheets.

Due to COVID-19 the hotel staff does not clean the rooms. This was okay but they never collected the trash set in the hall. We did not have a blanket in our room and once we requested one, it took until almost midnight to receive it. We did not have wash cloths in our room and had to request them also. There are lots of people hanging around the hotel. I think the hotel next door is set up for semi-permanent residence. We received a discount if we parked in the designated parking lot but the parking lot down the street was cheaper with no discount. They held an additional $75 per night on my credit card to cover incidentals. We did not use the free grab and go breakfast. The area is well secured with plenty of police patrolling the area.
