They had trouble finding our booking. We would have wanted to take a bit of a nap due to the long trip before we go around but since they had difficulty finding our booking we didn’t have enough time to do so. Although the staff seemed nice but he probably needs more training. He was very calm and friendly but when he can’t find our booking, you can tell he was getting stressed which was also passed on to us probably because he wanted our check-in to be smooth but he can’t seem to find our booking even if I showed our booking confirmation from hotels.com and the names to which the two rooms were reserved. His lady colleague assisted in finding our booking. There was also a miscommunication on our airport transfer the following morning. The man on the reception advised that there was no booking made but there was. Apparently, the arrangement because our transfer came but no handover was made to the other staff. Although, the staff was very courteous but I think proper training on handover is also needed so we could have avoided getting worried about our transfer that morning. With regards to the room, it was lovely, relaxing, modern, and spacious. We weren’t able to see much of the Resort’s facility due to our limited time in the area.
