Everything was great, smooth check in and proper safety guidelines due to COVID. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Just a few things such as room being too hot don’t know if the air was not working and the snack bar area closed too early at 1pm, other than that everything was great!

Good location, beautiful room and super clean and safe and sterilized. The hotel went above and beyond to keep everyone socially distanced. The pools were remarkable, stunning, but the tables, chairs and grounds around the chairs were filthy, disgusting. We paid for an "all inclusive" and the drinks were really good and the food was "ok" but the service at every restaurant and bar and poolside was HORRIBLE. The hotel was not overly booked nor were there crowds, just bad service, no smiles, not friendly and just genuinely BAD service, example: you had to ask for salt, you may get it or not, same with a soda or extra napkin. At the pool we had to wait almost 60-70 minutes (not exaggerating) for our drinks. The staff could really care less. The check-in & check-out girls were very friendly and our made was exceptional - she ran down the hall to thank us for the tip and was so friendly and always smiled. But aside from the front desk clerk and our maid - nobody provided good service - not even average service.

Horrible place to stay, didn't accept their own confirmed room. Sold us a room that they didn't have and refused to refund the money. Horrible manager and service.

First the hotel is off the beach and even though they take you there every 30 mnts and have a site with pools and food it wasn't the same for us. We are used to being by the beach. Second i think they overbooked and did not have enough staff. We had to constantly call for items they forgot to set up during cleaning. They charged 200 pesos for room service, and my daughter lost money we think was taken during cleaning, even though we made a report nothing was settled. There are many other beautiful places in Acapulco never again in mundo imperal.
