Very basic, lacking items like cups
The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Hotel decadente há anos. Manutençao dos quartos ruim. Banheiro vaza, torneira vaza, vaso sanitário vaza, enxoval de ma qualidade. Cortina caindo, tv de 10 polegadas com imagem ruim, área comum suja. Bom custo x benefício apenas para carnaval. Troca-se melhores condições por preços baixos, pois o hotel é muito bem localizado, mas de resto.

Pessimo no geral.
Hotel antigo com uma boa estrutura porém não cuidada. Elevador em manutenção que pela minhas pesquisas já fazem meses. Demora demais a chegar, pula o andar quando solicitado e muitas vezes é necessário ir de escada esgotando-se a paciência, e estava no 8º andar. Roupa de banho e de cama manchados com troca a cada dois dias. Se fossem bem limpos e de qualidade até justificaria a troca não ser diária. Café da manhã com reposição demorada dada a alta demanda do hotel. Nada seguro. Você precisa deixar a chave do quarto na recepção sempre que sai e ao retornar você o solicita dizendo o numero do quarto e fiquei pasmo que não fazem qualquer confirmação para validar se você é o hospede daquele quarto, de fato. Ponto alto para a localização e a piscina que é bem agradavel. No mais, reservem outro se puder. Andrade... fiquei em alguns hoteis da rede e todos estão no mesmo padrão: precarios. Atentem-se a coisas básicas e treinamento de colaboradores.
