Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

Não gostei da hospedagem em geral. Quarto ruim, infiltração da água do box para o banheiro, porta do box muito ruim de abrir, fiquei receosa de fazer muita força e quebrar, porta de entrada na parte de dentro com um buraco, armários embutidos descascados e com aspecto de antigo. Parede descascando, poucas tomadas no quarto e as que tem difícil acesso para uma pessoa com limitação, lençol e travesseiro super fino, televisão só pega um canal e não é smart. Café da manhã bom, mas não é o melhor da rede. Esperava mais desse hotel, pela localização e já ter me hospedado nessa rede, mas em outro hotel. Não voltaria. O hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma nos quartos.

É difícil explicar. Hotel bem decadente, em péssimas condições de conservação. Eu precisava de hospedagem por uma noite antes de encontrar meu grupo de amigos e ir para a Praia do Forte. Meu voo chegava à noite e eu só precisava mesmo de uma cama para dormir. Nesse ponto, atendeu: Lençois e toalhas surpreendentemente limpos. Mesmo assim, o ambiente tem um aspecto de sujo. Um chuveiro decente. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. A localização também é boa. Mas não voltaria, mesmo considerando a diária de baixíssimo valor. Recomendo apenas para quem estiver com o orçamento muito apertado e não seja nada exigente.

Show de Horrores!

Tivemos que solicitar 4x reparo dentro do quarto. - Ar condicionado com defeito, quando conseguiram colocar pra funcionar, o ar não parava de apitar e jorrar água em cima da cama. - A Cama tivemos que pedir pra trocar o colchão várias vezes na recepção, pq estava com um buraco, na hora de dormir, esse buraco te jogava pra fora da cama. - Toalhas terríveis com cheiro de mofo, e fora que as camareiras só podia trocar as toalhas a cada 2 dias, e muitas das vezes, nem eram trocadas, pq elas não tinham esse controle, de quando foi a última vez que a toalha foi trocada. Conclusão em uma hospedagem de 6 dias, a toalha foi trocada apenas 1x, mesmo assim pq tivemos que insistir na recepção. - A televisão com sinal ruim, mal dava pra assistir um programa a noite, durante o momento de descanso. - Dentro do quarto tem uma porta, que da acesso ao quarto do lado (a porta estava trancada, não tinha como abrir), porém, sem isolamento, você escutava tudo que estava acontecendo no quarto ao lado, barulho da televisão, conversas, entre outras coisas! Sem privacidade.... Nunca vi um hotel com essa situação, uma porta dentro do quarto, que dá acesso a um outro quarto. - Os hospedes chegaram de madrugada e começaram a tentar abrir essa porta com acesso ao nosso quarto, uma situação terrível, pois, acordamos de madrugada assustados com o barulho de alguém tentando abrir a porta pra entrar. - Banheiro com vazam - Gritaria corredores! - Café da manhã ruim, lotado, sem lugar pra sentar.
