The only place to park was in the parking lot in back. Had to walk all the way around the building in order to check in. Was asked to give a $20 deposit for the key card to our room and when I asked for a receipt they would not give us one. The rooms did not have those door locks on the inside where you slide the one piece over so the door can only be opened a few inches. At about 9:30 PM a staff member came barging into our room. Never knocked to double check whether or not anyone was inside. When we went to check out a couple of minutes after 8 AM, there was no one there to check us out. Finally after calling several times, someone answered the phone and came down to the office. They informed us the office does not open until 9 AM. We needed to leave to get to the airport on time and were not leaving without the $20 key card deposit.
