We arrived at 3:15 to check into our room and it was not ready. We were told by the front desk it would be about 30 min. until it was ready, a hour later we were still waiting.
Upon entering the room, it seemed clean, though it smelled like "love my carpet". The room is on the first floor, so maybe a "pet" room?? we found "pet" spots on the carpet, when we opened the sofa bed there was dog hair and long black hairs on the maitress pad. In the bathroom there were lots of "personal" hairs in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door. Also, what looked like soap wrapper on the floor of the shower, keep in mind we just arrived and had not used the room yet. The bed sheets were clean and the mattress on the king bed was comfy.
We went down to the pool and there were no pool towels, the patio furniture was dirty with food and drink spills. The spa water level was low, so the jets were half way above the water level. The pool its self was refreshing and clean. Very loud, drunk adults at the pool on our second day.
The breakfast was decent, though most of the hot food was prepared items just heated up in the microwave. We liked the selection of juices and fruit. They ran out of coffee creamer for 2 days, why the manager wouldn't go to the grocery store and buy some, I don't know!!??
We found a tick on our bath towel when we were packing up to leave. I guess I will need to check my kids for ticks when I get home.
