Friendly sraff, poor housekeeping, bed linen and towels were terrible. Stray cats on the property. Food was great but rooms not so much. Liked the mini bar but hotel has no elevator and swords of mosquitos

Arrival and check-in were fabulous!! So fast and easy. Was greeted with smiles and champagne. Love the decor! The purple is fancy and eye appealing. The pool areas are relaxing and serene. Would love to see bigger pool areas/bigger pools. The buffet was always stocked and ready. Good food selection. The more fancier restaurants were quaint but very slow service. Love that there is a 24 hour bar!! Always a plus. Food offered at the 24 hr bar was good as well. Security staff could be friendlier overall. Most other staff, esp bartenders and wait staff, were excellent! It felt good to be tipping for all the hard work that they put in every day. I hope the staff are aware that their hard work does NOT go unnoticed. Entertainment was fun, music was great. Would have loved to see the entertainment put a little extra effort in getting others involved-such as dancing, engaging, etc. Most disappointing is that they charge to play billiards/pool!! What a waste. There is no reason for this-this is an all-inclusive vacation...and they feel the need to charge to play a game of pool??? Overall, it was great. I would return for another stay, 100%
