An Surprise!
I loved, love my room. My BF didn't even wanna leave. It was an Surprise for our 2yrs. of being together and the Jetted just made it better! His lower back problem and Me, ALL PLEASURE!! Best Believe we will be back again. Promise!!

No visitor policy
The room was fine. I've stayed there several times. Oddly, this facility has a policy of NO VISITORS. This is the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed in with this express policy. What if you were passing through town on a trip and a friend wanted to stop by? That is insane. Probably will stay elsewhere going forward. I'm now curious was that is all about. You will not see this stated when you book online.

I paid cash and also I handled my credit card at first then I cx it and said bill pay cash and I did so inlaid twice and he said unpaid a third party ok so why you collected cash from me plus a deposit

I was charged twice for my 1-night stay for a 1 King bedroom-Smoking. Was told by front clerk that they don’t have policies against refunds as your website says. I would like to be refunded for the extra room that can be verified it wasn’t utilized. It was only myself & my fiancé as guests. The operator/management said they could only fix it by charging “the Expedia” card & she didn’t have it. I don’t understand this & would like to speak with a representative regarding my stay & experience using Expedia.
