Free parking was actually in the 10-minute zone in front of the hotel, but the front desk told us to park there since we both have some difficulty walking the distance to the covered garage. It wasn't until our second visit to the hotel that we were informed about "free" parking Otherwise we have no comments about our stay. I'm still waiting for a reply about my lost wallet.

My boyfriend and I stayed and the room was nice and everything but then a day after we checked out my card got charged 173$ for what they said was a fine for smoking in the room when I absolutely did NOT smoke in the room and when I asked for proof I received NONE!!! So now I am out 173$ because they are saying I smoked in my room and I am livid because I did not do that!!! I asked for someone to call me back and they literally ignored me!!!! Will never stay again and I will be spreading the word!!!!

We had an extremely pleasant experience at this particular hotel. Everyone that helped us with any type of service at the Sheraton Bayfront was extremely pleasant! Rooms were nice, spacious, clean and comfortable! We highly recommend! Also, the view in the morning was beautiful!

Nice place with the best room view of the lake.
Very nice place to stay. Really the best place in Erie though, I think the springhill is about as nice but this hotel has a better view. Sits right on the water. Great breakfast as well.
