Wonderful stay

We evacuated to Vero Beach because hurricane Milton. The accommodations were perfect as they are pet friendly. The staff was so accommodating and tried to make us comfortable during a very stressful time. The room was very adequate and we were amazed we had practically a full kitchen. I would not hesitate to stay at a Home 2 Suites again.

Terrible stay I wish it was better
We’re bracing for a hurricane to arrive in Florida. I called prior. The woman said I could check in early. I got there and the room was not ready till about 3:15. The room was beautiful clean. I had to check out. I stayed for one day, the ninth to the 10th canceled the 10 to the 11th Because the hotel lost power at about 12 o’clock midnight. I was not able to take a shower in the morning make coffee nothing the stairwells did not have emergency lighting. I almost fell down the stairs twice cause I was up on the third floor and I had to carry my stuff down with my dog. I asked the manager and he said that the security back up lighting was battery operated, and the batteries were dead. They did put a little lantern on the second landing, but it wasn’t bright enough for the landing going down to the first floor, which had most stairs so this was not an enjoyable stay. And the beds are actually terrible in this beautiful hotel and also the blanket that was on the bed was a horrible material. I don’t even know how they could call it a blanket.

Parfait
Un des plus beaux hotels que nous ayons faits lors de notre séjour en Floride: chambre double avec canapé et cuisine totalement équipée ( et avec de la vaisselle), l ensemble est tres propre, la décoration est moderne et les rangements nombreux. Le petit dejeuner est très copieux et varié. un vrai effort est fait pour utiliser de la vaisselle réutilisable et les produits dans la salle de bains sont tous en flacon pompe, bravo! Literie très confortable.

Comfortable and clean
Had one issue with WiFi connection to Xbox. Calle IT service support and resolved in minutes. Asked for a beach recommendation and the location was awesome few people, lots of sand, ocean waves and free parking.

The property overall was very nice. Clean, and fairly quiet. However, the bed was quite hard and over the course of the night became uncomfortable. Also, it is not marked well from the road and was a little difficult to locate.
