A breath of fresh air - service with a a smile
After several lacklustre post-pandemic experiences with poor or reduced service in hotels, the Peninsula was a breath of fresh air. For all the usual interaction staff were pleasant and welcoming, and for additional requests they were very accommodating - and service came with a smile. The communal spaces were large, well maintained and inviting and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would return.

A must stay …you won’t be disappointed!!
This hotel is a must stay its very clean staff very helpful and is my 5 visit so far…..beautiful food, lovely modern bar and plenty of choice. Highly recommended 5* service from the start

It was spacious wit comfortable rooms and well located close to 2 beaches. Good grounds although dried out through lack of rain.

I loved the area - completely beautiful.
One slight criticism: my room was right by the lift, which is really noisy.

There were a lot of good things about this hotel.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet and cleanliness. The downfall, was the bed. Old mattress, which was hard and lumpy. Very uncomfortable. I believe they have been doing renovations and upgrades. Too bad my room wasn’t one of them. Reception, dining room and bar area nicely decorated.
