I did not get any mail prior to arriving with any instruction or confirmation code to get the online check-in going. This resulted in almost an hour spent figuring this out. Mostly because there were no one to contact except by chat. And I was required to download WhatsApp, setting up an account etc. as well.
After finally getting in, I tried to take a bath, but after an hour of filling the tub it was barely any water and it was luke warm at absolute best. So no water pressure or heat. The shower worked for some reason, both with hot water and pressure.
Then we wanted to use the tv, but getting a "no signal" on the HDMI I was supposed to use to get to cast.
I was promised that someone would check these issues out, by two different operators - but none of the issues were resolved. There is no sign that anybody came at all.
In addition the bathroom and toilet had a moldy smell.
On the positive side, when we finally got the access codes this system worked flawless. The beds were comfortable and the room looked nice. If you only need a place to sleep and take a shower, it will suffice. But for the price we paid I can not recommend it.
