I had a partial view to the water and my room had a patio where I could relax and look out. Keywest is generally expensive so depending on the room you choose you might have to pay more. The manager did apologize to us when they realized a miscommunication with our pay, she also gave us tabs for free drinks to make up for the stress. Generally it was really relaxing and swimming pool area was great. I would just say if you're the kind that is really sensitive to sounds/noise this may not be for you because it's all wooden floors everywhere. Personally that doesn't bother me that much. Parking is not free and you have to pay amenities fees, which you get a partial refund on so keep that in mind.
