Our stay was amazing, room was very big, good breakfast, nice terasse. The only thing is there are many little things that need to be repared for example half of the doorframe was missing, some lights were positioned bad, like almost falling but these are little things. Also would be nice to have some vegan options for the breakfast.

After a nightmare start with a previous hotel provided which was totally unacceptable and filthy. We had to move ourselves sourcing the Aegean Pearl in Tigaki and we found a hidden gem. There is a new section at the rear which is paradise. I will definitely be back here again next year.

This hotel is one to watch, they are clearly trying to refurb to improve the overall experience. It was patchy in places dont get me wrong with some questionable maintenance, but these things do take time! My only real critique was the way the slats for the bed were made from overly thick wood (Not designed for slats) and screwed down! So wasn’t the most comfortable although I know some people who may enjoy that! The superior rooms all back onto their own shared pool so can make it feel private and you get your own sun loungers so none of the morning rush at other hotels which is a massive benefit! For the money I paid I really can’t complain! Definately one to watch!

Extremely disappointed with the poor maintenance, terrible build quality, and lack of basic service at this property. It feels completely unfinished and unsafe. Interior & Room Quality * Uncomfortable Mattress: The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Luckily, my sister-in-law lives here in Kos, so we had to borrow a mattress topper from her just to make the bed bearable. * Neglected Housekeeping: Room service and cleaning were nonexistent; the room was completely skipped and left uncleaned for 4 straight days. * Restricted AC: The air conditioning thermostat was locked, making it impossible to turn the AC below 22°C, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. * Unfinished Furniture & Trim: The bed frame features cheap, raw particle board left completely exposed without proper veneer or edge banding. * Subpar Carpentry: Door frames are badly misaligned and split wide open, leaving gaps that reveal exposed spray foam, raw plaster, and missing baseboard trim. * Low-Quality Workmanship: Structural posts are slapped together using exposed, cheap metal L-brackets screwed directly into the floor tiles. Dining & Breakfast * Poor Buffet Selection: Breakfast was severely lacking in both freshness and variety. The drink selection was exceptionally poor, offering only orange juice and water as cold options. * The pool area was really poorly maintained,unclean with the metal grills around the pool lifted creating bad trip hazards, and some missing. Cracked tiles and sharp edges.
