Not the cleanest room, plenty of towels no toiletries, came from Ohio and was around where I was going so convenient but could of been considered a motel not hotel.

The best part of the hotel was Erica behind the desk and one of the staff on room maintenance. Their demeanor was pleasant and so very helpful no matter the time. They are the reason we didn’t complain. The light switches were dirty. The refrigerator didn’t work or a/c in our room. Then each day we were being charged.

I have never written a review before, but our experience needs to be shared with any families who may be considering a stay at this hotel. I am not sure whether to be irritated by how the hotel management handled the situation, the guest staying below us, or just the construction of the building. We received a call from the front desk within 15 minutes of us waking up in the morning. They told us they had complaints about us stomping in our room. I honestly thought they had the wrong room, because we had hardly walked around at all. The employee who called said maybe we “just had heavy feet” and asked us to try to be quieter. After the call, I realized the people below us must have been complaining about my three year old son. He was excited to be staying in a hotel and just doing what any other three year old little boy would do. We went down to breakfast (which had very little to offer), came back to the room, and then had another hotel employee come to our door to ask us to be quiet again. It was just insane. We felt like we couldn’t even walk around in our room, so we just quickly packed up and left. I know the hotel employee was probably in a difficult situation and didn’t know how to deal with a complaining guest, but I thought this was worth sharing. The hotel is NOT family friendly. I would highly recommend parents of young children (who can’t tip toe around a hotel room) to look for another hotel option.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Disappointing the pool was closed and breakfast was pretty bleh, but overall a good place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our suite was big and clean. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable. The suite is located right next to the elevator, so it was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all. The grab and go breakfast was bad and 40 min late

Found a roach in my room the GM was extremely rude told me I could find another hotel or get a $20 refund. It was 2 am so I couldn’t go anywhere else, the next morning another employee told me they have a problem on that side of the hotel because of the trees but that isn’t an excuse.
