The front receptionist named Martha is so friendly. We stay here because of her. Makes us feel like home.

We rented the hotel room for part of our daughters birthday present. She lovescto swim. Due to covid, the pool wasnt open. I offered to pay a cleaning fee, but they gave me a full refund and were very understanding!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Its amazingly clean, super nice staff and have never had any issues!

Nice location. Close to restaurants. Close to where we needed to go. Nice looking building

unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel. Due to covid, no pool, no hot breakfast. but also no tv, and direct tv couldn't send anybody out until Monday, we stayed Saturday night into Sunday. It was a shame because the staff was very friendly. But definately not worth $100+ with tax

I paid for queen sized beds. We were pu in a room with full sized beds

Way better than baymont pool was clean but cold but hot tub worked

While there were some obvious signs of remodeling going on, none of that impacted our stay. My wife especially loved the seperate "room" with its own heat source, a jacuzzi tub and a second TV for her to watch her Hallmark channel.

I went to the gas station and got some milk to go with their cookies and the cookies were out only TWO DAYS all week. Unacceptable.

Our toilet did not flush, they sent in a repair man. He plunged and it worked for two flushes then was out for the rest of the night. They did give us a 30.00 refund but after paying 150 for a night and not being able to use the potty it sucked.

It was mediocre, the staff stood at the front desk, our room appeared clean but smelled very musty and the bathtub had what appeared to be mold around the walls and in the corners. The pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order.
