I was pleased
All in all was a good room. It was comfortable and quiet(minus my buddy snoring) but really comfortable room. Only thing was the shower had a few hairs on it that was missed for clean up which is really not a big deal

This was one of the worst stay. The customer service was great. The hotel cleanliness was bad. It has a bad odor. I couldn’t rest at all.

Renting a holiday Inn express We expected much more. Paid extra for a medocar room. Super 8 looked nicer but we paid the extra cause it was a holiday inn. Never again.

Friendly staff
Staff was very friendly. The room smelled musky. No discount was given for no breakfast available due to Covid and staff had nothing to offer but coffee.

Left hanging
No breakfast, pool only open 1/2 our stay. Hotel was clean just sad about breakfast and pool.

The toilet was clogged when we checked in. When we requested it be repaired we were brought a plunger to fix it ourselves. After not being successful we had to call and request staff come and repair the toilet, which they did.
