The facility seems years from a physical update. Our bed was comfortable and the microwave worked. But the frig freezer did not refreeze our icepacks for our cooler overnight. The toilet needed repeated flushes and the shower tile, floor, and door were not as clean as were used to. The freebreakfast was quite sparse.

First off, Melanie (desk person) was very nice and sweet. She changed my original reservation from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor since my husband had just had surgery and could walk that far. Great Hospitality

We had to arrive very late and the hotel was very accommodating. The front desk was so nice! Also, we had to leave at 6 AM and this is the only hotel I have stayed at in a while that has breakfast on the weekends that starts at 5:30! Love that!! Bed was super comfy too!
