环境优美配套设施齐全房间卫生各方面都很不错，就是早餐还要额外付费不是特别理解，毕竟房价不便宜，有多余的预算可以住他们家

location is very good. it is near with universal so we can call urber under 10 dollar.

All good with this hotel, have bar nearby swimming pool.

房间很大很宽敞，但装修很简单。另外就是地毯和沙发垫子实在是太脏了。厨房用具也是要多洗几遍才行，不知道收25刀的服务费是干嘛的。

房間入住時清潔不整潔，沒有後備厠紙，紙巾盒空了，整理房間後沒有更換，廚房設備齊全，沒有請勿騷擾及請勿整理房間標籤， 整體ok，但很多有待改善。

I like the convenience and setup of the suites, we have stayed here before, this time it was not as clean and appeared a little run down. It was disappointing that rooms were not ready at check in. Otherwise I really like this place!

My boyfriend was not at all bummed out by the experience he said it's more things we overcome but this was my surprise to him. We travelled all the way from Chicago to see Florida and experience universal and this was not a good start and just thinking about it makes me feel humiliated because he saw the dirty piles of towels, garbage, messy sheets, and overall dirtiness of the room. I can't describe how upset I was and then second room with the pool view had a dirty lint trap and the washer smelled so we didn't want to wash our clothes and not all the lights worked.

It is good clean and comfortable.

We kindly requested a high floor room and our request was ignored. I heard the front desk clerk give the person ahead of us a highway level floor room. We also were not offered or given our complimentary drinks for being gold members. But we over heard the clerk offer it to another couple. We definitely felt discriminated and uncomfortable. Carpet was stained, Room didn’t seem to have any type of sanitation wipes, plastic cover on remotes or any type of contamination control. Not sure we will return.

Very confusing check in clerk - PAID WHEN RESERVATION WAS MADE BUT ALSO THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN FOR THE RATE PLUS DEPOSIT. Will NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL !!!!!!
