Shower head broke, hit my daughter on the back of head and flooded bathroom. We cleaned it up then packed up and switched rooms. Wouldnt discount at all since they gave a new room that worked and would have got one if we stayed in old room. Staff unfriendly, hallway carpets dirty. End table in room had red stains and sticky substance on it.Friends were staying on same floor and air conditioning kept shutting off all night. Wouldnt fix or compensate them either. I travel lots and would not be staying back here again!

the general cleanliness was okay, and the rooms are a good sized. Our air conditioning in our room didn't work and the front desk staff didn't seem to care when I told them about it...customer service needs improvement.

The property was safe. The beds were very comfortable

Wasn't as clean as I would have liked it. No hand sanitizer by the elevator as you are to use it after pushing buttons. Running in hallways and in room above us. Called front desk 2 times.

Days Inn is always one of our favourite options to choose during our road trips. Especially, during the COVID19 situation, they are very conscious about their cleanness. As a tea drinker, getting hot water during our trip is a very essential needs. However, unlike the other Days Inn we had stayed for last 20 days, it was challenging to convince the staff in this Days Inn to borrow a kettle for hot water for our wilderness trip. At the end, the morning Manager accommodated our desperate needs. Strongly suggest to accommodate a customer’s special need under the special COVID19 circumstances.

The hot tub was not running. Pool was running on shorter hours. Breakfast was a ‘bagged lunch’ vanilla yogurt, double chocolate muffin and apple juice. We had to go out for breakfast after. If I would have known, I would have booked at a different hotel. Room was hot. Had to run air conditioner all night on high and still didn’t use blankets. This trip was planned for my daughters and the evening/night/morning was horrible. Should be warned when booking that the breakfast is not available and pool is not fully functioning!

The reception service was great, My room was clean and comfortable however the bed was awfully soft, the air conditioner is very loud and loud music and foot traffic kept me awake most of the night.

The most important item for our family was the pool was open. 9am to 9pm. The waterslide was open 3-9. When the waterslide is open they sanitize every half hour. The rooms are a bit outdated but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The room was very clean. Expedia should update which amenities are open during the pandemic. I had to call a few places to find a hotel that had their pool open. Thanks Days Inn!

Overall the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and the pool was a nice addition. The hotel is located right in the centre of two major roads. If you want or go anywhere you have to drive. Was a great one night stay for our road trip. Right in the way.

It was close to everything and very easy to get to.
