I cannot believe the high ratings for this stinking joke of a hotel. I've unfortunately had to spend about 2 months in this hotel and I wouldn't know where to start listing everything that's wrong about it. Here's the summary: • Swarm of dead red ants everyday on the floor in my room. They kept destroying the wires behind the switchboards too, so the switches wouldn’t work and I had to keep calling people to fix it. • Roaches in the bathroom and closets • Disgusting sewage drainpipe smell every time you turn on the shower. Bathroom stinks. • Mold inside the mini refrigerator • Most of the electric outlets do not work and are of different shapes and sizes where even Indian plugs/adapters don’t fit. • Furniture is dusty, dirty, and dated. • Dusty vents in the elevators, makes allergies worse for sensitive people • Mosquitoes in all the restaurants inside the hotel, and also inside the hotel room. • Power goes out often. • A lot of staff members do not seem to shower. They reek. • Inconvenient location. There are no stores or within walkable distance. They do not allow food delivery, so need to catch Uber to get food from outside every time. Hotel food options are limited, of poor quality, and ridiculously expensive. • They do not refund cancelled stays at all if you pay in advance. One of my friends had to leave 3 weeks earlier due to a medical emergency and they did not refund any of it. I understand charging a day's worth as cancellation fee but this is pure robbery

Not value for money to me. Though I was upgraded to Presidential Suite, but the bathroom fittings, quality of Towels, room amenities were below 3 star. Room service and food is very average

Wonderful staff. Great service. Will definitely stay again. Room was large and clean. Refrigerator was missing and no mini bar items in room but breakfast was very good. Very happy with this hotel and will stay there again.
