We spent three nights at the property, and the overall experience was modest. The staff stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to help with our questions. Our room featured a kitchenette, but it lacked basic essentials such as a coffee pot and cooking utensils, which limited its usefulness. Several standard amenities were missing, and the bath water was only lukewarm with low pressure, making showers less comfortable. Housekeeping is provided every two weeks, and additional towels come at a nominal charge. While the staff were a highlight, other aspects of the stay did not meet expectations. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available, and the neighborhood felt safe and secure.

Decent for the price - no amenities

Good location for me - next to the freeway. Room was comfortable. I was caught off guard by the lack of room amenities. The room has a full kitchen and has zero kitchenware. You can buy kitchenware at the front desk. Also bring soap.

Love these hotels!

Very good room and I love these hotels because they have a kitchen. Although we was there just for the night, the beds were comfortable and was pretty quiet. Did not get up to check out the continental breakfast but my husband did. He brought back a muffin and cereal bar with cup of coffee.

The staff were very friendly! I felt safe and it was conveniently located to where I needed to go. I was surprised that for being an extended stay, there was a kitchen but no cups, plates, silverware, etc. A few suggestions for the room I stayed in would be to make sure outside of fridge is cleaned better, make sure smoke detector is not dangling from the ceiling and add some items to the kitchen so that people don't have to buy things to use the kitchen!

Stayed after a Packer game. It was less expensive but you get what you pay for. Friendly staff, out dated, beat up furniture, VERY heavy smoke smell everywhere, definitely needs remodeling. If you’re just looking for a night to crash that’s cheap, but the smells might haunt you.

My husband and I have used this hotel in the past and liked it because we travel with our dog and it happens to be close to our favorite rstaurant,Nakishimas. We haven't been here in a few years and it was extremely disappointing! The room was filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged and the refrigerator sounded like it was going to die any minute. We couldn't use the light fixture next to the bed because it was broke. I honestly should rate this terrible but the front desk man,Tyler, did take down the room number and wrote down all the issues.I won't be back it's not worth it. There are a lot more hotels to choose from that do a better job for the money.
