Gross!!

This was the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in over my 40+ years of travel. It should’ve been a sign when I arrive to check in and there were two police cars on the street and one in the parking lot. The room above mine was having some type of domestic violence issue. Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about. The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell. All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care. Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained. “I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.” I literally want to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower. The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in. Stay away from this place.

Worst hotel in the San Bernardino

The two ladies were really rude upon checking me in. Then they said if I didn’t give them a $40 cash deposit, they wouldn’t give me my room. They stereotyped me big time cuz of my tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also! The room had roaches inside.

literally the worst hotel I've ever been to

- My deposit was not returned. I neither broke rules nor damaged anything. - Mouse poop everywhere - No hot water - Floors covered in dirt and other people's hair on arrival - Bedding smelled of mildew and had lots of stains. -Advertised tub and pool but provided no stopper and pool was closed due to health code violation. - Made reservation & paid for 4 people. They tried to insist we should only get 2 towels. - Vending machines all broken - No bedside lamps, only extremely bright overhead light - Very transphobic manager

Worst place ever

The smell of cigarettes covered the room. The floor had dust and dirt but then we found cockroaches. Dead and alive. The manager was rude and charged me a $40 cash deposit which was never mentioned in the description. When i checked out the same night after being in the room for an hour he tried to keep my deposit. Once i told him that it dis not make sense he threw the money at me and told me to get out. On top of that there were tons of people who looked very sketchy hanging out all over the place. They were yelling and smoking right outside of the room. Will never book a stay at a studio 6. I would rather sleep in my car. Worst experience ever!!!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. Yes, it’s very affordable but please spend the additional $50 and stay elsewhere. This property was full of junkies roaming outside the rooms and parking lot. “Non Smoking” room had heavy smell of smoke. Sheets had multiple burn holes. Walls dirty and stained. Super creepy, dirty, smelly and unsafe. I had to leave, was not able to stay, asked for a refund - staff tried to give me a hard time but after remaining firm and pointing out all the issues, got my money back.

On arrival our prebooked room was no longer available and they just sent us away to look for another hotel. They said they gave us a phone call which never happened, and as not reaching us they simply gave the room to someone else. No information via email or similar happened.

There was no hot water, even after running the faucet for 10 or 15 minutes. I reported this to the staff, and waited a couple of hours but there was still no hot water. I was planning to stay another night, but had to check out and find a hotel where I could take a shower.
