Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The bar had a great atmosphere, offering delicious drinks and a stylish setting. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s overall aesthetic was modern and well thought out, and the location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed.
However, the biggest downside was the WiFi and TV connection. The internet speed felt like outdated third-world 2G, often cutting out entirely. At times, there was no service at all, making it nearly impossible to browse the web, check emails, or stream anything. The connection between the WiFi and the TVs was just as unreliable, with shows freezing about 90% of the time throughout the day. I reported the issue, and while the staff listened, nothing was done to resolve it.
If you need reliable internet or plan to watch TV, I highly recommend heading to a nearby café instead. While everything else about the hotel was exceptional, the poor connectivity was a frustrating drawback that made certain aspects of my stay less enjoyable.
