O quarto era amplo, mas tinha um cheiro ruim de produto químico forte, parecido com verniz. Alguns integrantes da equipe de segurança (não todos) e apenas um funcionário da recepção foram bastante rudes, má vontade e beirando a falta de educação, sendo que éramos um casal em viagem. Localização central, porém região bem perigosa. As refeições entregues no quarto foram todas muito boas e o rooftop com a piscina e vista 180⁰ foram os pontos positivos.

This hotel does not allow guests but nowhere on the individual website of Expedia is that mentioned. You spend hundreds per night, travel from another country to visit friends and family, and those friends and family aren’t allowed to visit you at the hotel or even at the rooftop bar. On top of that, they will charge you to add them to your reservation just I have the privilege of spending time with friends and family. Zero transparency ahead of time. It’s unacceptable. If this is your policy, make this clear.
