Overall, our experience was ok. The listing of a “family suite” is misleading. The “2 bedroom suite” was actually just 2 conjoined rooms..
our house keeper Shu was absolutely outstanding. She kept our rooms very tidy and was so polite.
Front desk could have been friendlier. Jessie at the front desk was always a pleasure to speak with. She helped so much when our door lock batteries went out. But others were awful and so rude!
Parking was a joke. We paid $35 a night to park then when we got there at the end of the evening the garage was full and we were kicked out to find other parking.
The reviews you are reading about the bathrooms and hot water are true. We never got a warm shower, the bathrooms are TINY, so so small!! Making it very uncomfortable to stay with more than 1 person for a week.
For the price, I could have stayed somewhere nicer. If you are looking for a solution for a family, find somewhere else or just book 2 cheap rooms.
