We had a good stay, our room was lovely appreciated the decor and beautiful view. We did have to wait a few times at reception when there was no one but asides from that we enjoyed our time there.

Five Stars

Booked the hotel for my mother who was visiting a very sick relative in the hospital. Staff were very kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. Mum enjoyed spending time on the patio by the river and the dining was excellent. It really was the best part of her trip!

Nice hotel, shame about the service

Hotel is attached the the pub/restaurant which is great, great comfy rooms, good shower, good breakfast etc all what you would expect at this price point. Just a couple of service niggles, as we where left waiting for check-in for some 15 mins and then drinking in the bar after dinner they stopped serving at 10:30 with no warning, no bell, just 'we have shut up the bar' so we cant serve you.

Amazing!

Stayed with my son (10) when we went to Thorpe Park. Rooms are beautiful! They are exceptionally clean with all you need. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful and the food was lovely! Breakfast was delicious sat by the Thames in the sunshine! The atmosphere was lively in the pub in the evening as we stayed on bank holiday weekend. Will definitely be back again and would definitely recommend.

A smashing hotel. Lovely decor, well kept and clean. The breakfasts were tasty and generous. The staff went out of their way to be kind and friendly. A great stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Stay

Hotel was easy to find and with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Room was lovely and spacious as too the bathroom. Aircon was a pkus with it being quite hot when visited in the summer. Lovely dining area with plenty of seating, we ate outside and food was delicious in the evening and at breakfast. I would order breakfast when booking as it is £15 and not £10 as advertised. Will stay again whrn in the area.

The Bridge hotel is a comfortable English Inn & Pub, part of the Young’s group. Rooms are comfortable, nice amenities and wonderful staff. Great walking area on the Thames.

Best Hotel in UK with charm and service

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in the UK!! It has everything you want, plus amazing charm! It is fully updated and renovated, the pub is super clean, the room has every amenity you could think of including a nice nespresso maker, the area is stunning next to the river, the food is ace…I wish my entire London stay could have been at The Bridge!!!
