棕櫚峽谷渡假村

Stayed here back in October 2020 and had a fantastic experience. So when we came back for a 3 day weekend in February 2021 I expected the same fantastic experience and wasn’t impressed. At first, everything was great. I felt like the room was safe for my family. After a few hours, I noticed a few ants in the kitchen near the sink so I killed them. Then I noticed a few in the bathroom. Then I noticed more in the kitchen. So I called and they quickly sent someone up to spray. The spray kept them away for a few hours but then they were back and more than last time. We did not have any open food in the room and took out the trash after every meal. Also the quality of AC was awful. Our room was so hot at night and the temperature on the unit was 68. Never got that cold. Thankful we weren’t staying there during peak summer hot days. Also provided free wifi which was also awful. I couldn’t check emails or browse my phone for restaurants while I was in my hotel room. Maybe I was just in a weak spot but feel like it’s worth mentioning.

It was amazing will be going back. I was very impressed.

Hotel staff very friendly. However room did have ants in kitchen and bathroom and the king size bed was so uncomfortable I left a day early cause my back couldn’t take it. I enjoyed the pools with the kids.

Great stay! Will come back!

The weather was great, sunny and warm. The hotel is great starting with the concierge who made check-in fast, easy and professional. The room was satisfactory the sofa and carpet can use a little cleaning but everything else was great. We were able to enjoy the pool wich was nice and warm. Lastly the location of the hotel is perfect a 10 min drive to down town palm springs.

This place is awful. I have never felt so unwelcomed or so unseen in my entire life. Room was dirty. Bed was not a king like our reservation said. Rooms are small and old. COVID restrictions took out so many of the perks. Terrible communication with staff over perks. Told wrong information regarding operating hours of things. Rob at the bar was the best thing about this place and we interacted with him once. Save yourself the trouble and go any where else.

It wasn’t what was expecting as described

They never communicated that the pool was on a wristband and only 4 hours of pool time. They never said the bar was going to be closed and only allowed to order drinks w food.
