The hotel location is excellent, next to some fabulous malls in new delhi. The hotel is well maintained, although I personally felt the bed mattresses were sagging due to age. It took ages for room service to fetch even coffee, 45 minutes, and a reminder call after 30 mins. Hence there's scope for improvement. These glitches apart, the hotel is still worth a stay.

Nice property/location, with staff who don't understand hospitality. Check in was a fiasco since they didn't seem to have details of my confirmed reservation. They also made me pay up front in the guise of a pre-authorization of my credit card. The front desk staff seemed clueless as did most of the serving staff subsequently. Check out was equally frustrating. The housekeeping staff on the other hand were great. This Marriott property managed by ITC needs to get its' act together.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city, good amenities, you get the Sheraton standard service. The rooms are well laid and furnished. Clean. Good covid protocol observed

Had booked the hotel for my guest. On arrival they said there is no reservation whereas he had all the confirmed derails from hotels.com The front desk was not helpful at all. I tried calling them it was next to impossible to reach reservations, front desk or the duty manager. Over and above they said the hotel is sold out. Eventually they gave the room after lot of coaxing by me on the phone and by my guest at the hotel. Really don’t understand how can they say there is no booking upon arrival, in fact they said they don’t have a booking arrangement with my agent at all i.e. hotels.com Sad situation and huge discomfort for my guest and me.
