Hotel is generally good, the only complaint I have is that the person above me had their tv on loud and the sound insulation could be improved, this is the second time I’ve have stayed, only for 1 night on both occasions and the noise from above has been bad , floors were creaky and voices carried through the ceiling, staff were extremely helpful and hotel is clean and room well appointed

Amazing! Well worth a stay.

This hotel is lovely. Whilst it is slightly dated in some of the decor, it is scrupulous clean and it adds to the ambience of the whole hotel. The bar area with its lovely leather sofas and really comfy upright chairs, the restaurant supplying both a full choice breakfast menu and a superb dinner menu, the rooms were a nice size, comfy beds and an amazing sea view, with a balcony. The whole experience was wonderful and a highly recommended place to stay. All staff are warm and welcoming, including the owner, who we met onsite.

A lovely relaxing stay.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Cobo Hotel, the hotel was lovely, staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again, especially as the hot breakfast is cooked to order and was lovely. The location is great, lots to do locally and a scenic bus ride to St Peter Port.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. All the staff worked tirelessly to look after us from booking taxis, serving in the restaurant/bar and making up the room each day. Breakfast and food was great. Will definitely be coming back.

Negative: Breakfast finishes at 10.00am even on Sundays. Bedroom doors slam shut. The sun deck was not in use. Steam room out of order. Not enough drawers in rooms. Positive: Good position. Nice beds. Lots of hangers for clothes. Sauna.

Staggering reservation times better in the restaurant might avoid long waits for food. In our case receiving our main course at 8.25 for a 7.00 booking. Staff did respond well when we raised the issue but it might be less of an issue if tables are booked out in a way that the kitchen can cope. We, for example, we’re not wedded to 7.00. All that said, the food is delicious.

Zimmer mit Balkon

Ich war etwas skeptisch wegen den Restaurants davor und daneben, aber um 23 Uhr war Lichterlöschen und Ruhe. Knapp gehaltene Anlage, kaum Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, aber schöne Sicht und direkt am Strand. Gutes Frühstück. Bus (z.B. Nr. 41) in der Nähe sowie auch ein Supermarkt.
