The staff is professional but friendly, and always willing to help guests in any way possible. Guest rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. Having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge made life so much easier than the usual hotel life without these things. The location is convenient, too. Restaurants and grocery stores are footsteps away, not to mention closeby public transportation.

The stay was calm. Quiet. Front desk clerk johnmary was really nice. I'll recommend if you go to try to relax and handle things

Our stay was good, the hotel was clean, had had sanitizers and disinfecting wipes. Followed all precautions but still made aure your stay was as pleasant as can be. The room was clean had a bit of dust but overall clean, as soon as you came onto the room you can smell the lysol and the disinfectants which was really good. The beds were very comfortable and for all the ladies who need great lighting for their makeup the lighting in the bathroom was amazing! This hotel is also walking distance from times square, shops and fast food locations. Overall I would stay again and recommend the hotel.

I got a room with a king size bed and we te a room with 2 queens, I was expecting a room on a higher floor also.

Stay was perfect! Very convenient close to time square and sex museum. Nice rooms comfortable beds.. loved the fact that there was a fridge and microwave. Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay

It was very nice friendly staff a little noisy but ok

The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The staff was polite. However I had to get my own additional towels from the lobby and some of them had stains on them. They should have thrown those away because it can put a bad taste in your mouth about how clean they really are.

Good trip...moved daughter into her apartment. Good location

They don’t have parking. And they said they have a contact with the parking and then we ended up paying like $200 for parking in to days. Which was insane if they have a contact with them. And then the hotel gave us the wrong directions we were lost for like 45 minutes and then a nice receptionist went outside explained to my husband how to get to the parking and it’s was 2 lefts and the other receptionist had said two right which made us completely lost. So if you go don’t take your car and the rooms are very very small. Barley space to walk for 2 people. Bathroom is a good size.
