Mom and Dad can relax in the spacious and light-filled upper level while the kids enjoy the large family/games-room downstairs. Great for teens! A large private backyard is a perfect spot to soak up some sun.

LIVING SPACE: Located on the main level.
Kitchen - Fully updated with full-sized stainless steel stove (induction cooktop), and large fridge with water/ice dispenser. Quartz countertops with peninsula allowing 3 adults to sit. Beautiful built-in desk area in the kitchen allows for work from home. Double-french doors open off of the kitchen to the covered deck - perfect for summer barbeques. The deck has ocean glimpses and provides some much needed shade on hotter summer days. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs for enjoying morning coffee or that barbequed salmon dinner!
Dining Room - separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Large barn-board dining with comfortable seating. Large sliding doors connect you onto the deck.
Living Room - A large living room enjoys views of the trees. There is ample comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for any cooler evenings.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are located on the main level.
Principal Bedroom - NEWLY RENOVATED from top to bottom! Beautiful King sized bed, expansive built-in wardrobes, full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Looks over the greenspace of the backyard.
Single Bedrooms #1 and #2 - Comfortable single beds with crisp white cotton sheets and cozy duvets to ensure a good night's sleep for everyone in the family. Rooms #1 and #2 are located next to each other and overlook the backyard.
BATHROOMS:
Principal en-suite - Newly constructed bathroom with walk-in shower and ample countertop and cabinet space.
Main Bathroom - Newly renovated. Located between bedrooms. Features large vanity with double sink, full tub/shower.
LOWER LEVEL:
Playroom - Large open space that features the flat screen TV with expansive sectional sofa for everyone to cuddle-up on. Everyone will enjoy the foosball table and full-sized shuffle board. There are board-games available and a large table on which to play them. Some toys (including the play-kitchen and a large box of LEGO) will keep the kids busy while the parents relax upstairs.
Laundry room - there is a large laundry area within the lower entry-way. Full-sized washer/dryer provided. A sink is also in this area (perfect for rinsing off bathing-suits after a day at the beach!).
NOTE that there are some ongoing renovations in the basement. While these will not affect your stay and do no impact on the above spaces, there are some hallway ceiling areas that are open/unfinished. Note also that a few other rooms in the basement will not be accessible for guests as this is where the hosts will be storing personal effects.
