Hotels.com was great in booking the hotel. But then the property made me pay $60 extra for the maid, and $200 for a retainer. It literally took me three days of bureaucracy to get all of this set up, because there is no one on site, everything by email. It was in a bad neighborhood, the swimming pool was closed on a day that was 116°, the code to the room did not work, the maid did not make up my room even once. I have traveled around the world, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please, I beg of everyone, do not book your vacation at this location. Expedia should be ashamed of having this on their website as an option.
